1. Be good with where you are. Let it be okay.

Let where you are be okay. Make it okay. Your greatest weakness shall be your greatest strength! IF you didn’t have anything to work on, then you would not be growing. If you are not growing, then you are dying. Be happy that you are growing. Can you be good with where you are? Commit to change but first let everything be okay, just as it is.

TO CHANGE, YOU MUST LOVE & ACCEPT YOURSELF, JUST AS YOU ARE RIGHT NOW.

FIND PEACE IN THIS MOMENT RIGHT NOW.
The way to find peace in this moment right now is to let it be okay that you have areas in your life to upgrade.

The very fact that you have something in your life to improve, means YOU ARE growing.

  1. Clean up your language… and I’m not talking about swear words.

WHAT are the things you are SAYING to yourself and others PRODUCING IN YOUR LIFE?

Our powerful, sub-conscious mind (feeling world) is literal.
It believes our words and produces corresponding feelings.

Notice how you feel when you say:
” I wish I had more.”

Now notice how you feel when you say:
” Now that I have plenty.”

Words are powerful. They can justify or condemn, and they even have the power to create or destroy. Our language is found in every thread and fiber of our reality. Our inner speech becomes the tapestry of our lives. Imagine what our homes, schools and even the government would be like if we chose to speak purely. How does your life change now that you only speak what you choose to have come into manifestation?

If you haven’t purchased the book, Conscious Language, I strongly encourage you to do so.

  1. Change your internal dialogue

It was once thought that if you heard a voice in your head that you were crazy but the truth is we all have a voice in our head. That voice in our head is NOT who we are. Who are the observer to the voice and it is our responsibility to monitor the voice and change it to only speak life giving thought to us. Is your inner critic getting you down? You know: that little voice in your head constantly pointing out your deficiencies and weaknesses. Well, that voice in your head can be a LIAR! The real truth is that any perceived weakness is actually a STRENGTH RETURNING! If you have a fear based thought or a thought that doesn’t make you feel good, use the magic words, “cancel clear” and then make a NEW choice for something that does have you feel good/God. It can become a habit to allow negativity to dominate our thoughts and words. You may have become accustomed to complaining, worrying, and seeing the glass half empty but the truth is that there is beauty and joy that we have access to right now, even in this very moment. Think only thoughts that are life giving. Allow gratitude to move to the forefront of your thoughts.
  2. FEEL

This may be something you are hearing for the first time since we have been living in a world that has told us to “take these pills” or “go shopping” but whatever you do…don’t FEEL too much!
FEELING is your POWER. Most people are trying to push through life with out slowing down and FEELING. Our conscious mind processes about 40 bits of information per second, while our subconscious/FEELING processes at about 40 MILLION bits per second. People are walking around and wondering why life is hard because they haven’t taken their feeling world with them! Our subconscious mind is MUCH more powerful than the conscious mind, and it is the unconscious mind which shapes how we live our life. How do we access our subconscious? THROUGH OUR FEELINGS.
SLOW DOWN. BREATH. TOUCH. STAY and FEEL.
Ask yourself, “what am I feeling?”
Let whatever you feel be okay.
Can you love how you feel?
FEEL YOUR FEELINGS. This is a life changer!

  1. Make the conscious choice to EVOLVE.

Part of an on-going personal evolution requires that we continue our own self-study. Commit to your highest good. Have the courage to look deep within. Have the courage to be wrong, to make a mistake, to be a beginner. Go discover all there is know about YOU. Love whatever you find. Remember, if you’re not growing, you’re dying. GROW YOURSELF. Find your tools and elevate your consciousness. Ultimately, this brings you inner fulfillment, peace and deeply rewarding relationships.
